- Growth Strategy: Conduct thorough research and analysis of Online content trends,
audience preferences, and competitor activities within assigned categories. Develop
comprehensive category-specific strategies to maximize brand exposure, audience
engagement, and revenue growth.
2. Content Management: Oversee and provide inputs to the content creative process, from
ideation and production to optimization for YouTube algorithms and best practices.
3. Engagement: Analyze audience behaviour and engagement metrics to identify opportunities
for improving content relevance and engagement levels.
4. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, including views,
watch time, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and optimise for growth.
5. Managing large teams with diverse backgrounds and defining precise monthly and quarterly
goals while helping them to achieve the same.

7. Owns P&L for the category
Bachelor's Degree from a Tier - 1 institute. Preference for a MBA Degree (Tier 1).
Exceptional communicator - ability to inspire and influence, and dexterity in presenting to
large/diverse audiences. Native or bilingual proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
- Self-driven - ability to own and run with an agenda and build teams that can execute jointly.
- Strong familiarity with business, digital media, and tech startup landscape in India.
- Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills crafting world-class
creative strategy and spearheading the execution.
