● Ensure retention, and productivity of best-in-industry talent at Truva.


Skills & Qualifications - 

● Has 7+ years of experience in different HR functions, especially in Talent Acquisition 

● Has worked with the founders 

● Has led an HR function 

● Experience in early to mid-stage startups or product companies
