● Lead our HR Team and scale Truva’s awesome founding team. 

● Work with the founders to help shape and nurture the company culture. 

● Set up the right talent brand, culture and rituals for the company. 

● Ensure retention, and productivity of best-in-industry talent at Truva.

Skills & Qualifications - 

● Has 7+ years of experience in different HR functions, especially in Talent Acquisition 

● Has worked with the founders 

● Has led an HR function 

● Experience in early to mid-stage startups or product companies
