Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Genesys Solution Consulting professional for Pre Sales and Implementation. This full-time position is available in Delhi, Bangalore Urban, Mumbai, or Pune. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of work experience and will be responsible for pre-sales activities, solution consulting, and successful implementation of Genesys solutions, enhancing customer service operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer success and superior customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of at least 7 years in solution consulting, with a focus on Genesys products.
- Profound knowledge and experience with Genesys solutions (Mandatory skill) to drive impactful customer service operations.
- Strong customer service operations skills (Mandatory skill) essential for optimizing service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully implement complex systems, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Solid understanding of customer experience and its importance in building long-term client relationships.
- Experience with customer success management to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis and deliver tailored solutions that meet organizational demands.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, essential for conducting pre-sales demonstrations and client meetings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead solution consulting for Genesys products, ensuring client needs are thoroughly assessed and met.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and crafting proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and drive the implementation process of Genesys solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their customer service operations and tailor solutions for optimal results.
- Deliver training and support to clients to ensure efficient usage of solutions and enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to align product features with client requirements and market demands.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring projects remain within scope and budget.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing solutions to optimize customer success and satisfaction.
