Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Email & SMS Marketing Manager to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

This role will focus on strategy, segmentation, automation, and analytics to optimize performance and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage email/SMS campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional

Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to optimize campaign performance

Oversee email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and triggered messages

Build, manage and grow audience lists while ensuring data hygiene, improving deliverability and reducing unsubscribes

Content briefing – collaborate with content, design and product teams to creating compelling email content

Analyze and report on performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and provide insights for better engagement, conversion rates, and revenue

Ensure compliance with email and SMS marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Stay updated on email/SMS marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or a similar role Klaviyo Product Certification required with expert knowledge of Klaviyo's platform, including automation, segmentation, and analytics

Technical knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including authentication protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM), inbox placement, IP warming, and list hygiene management

Working knowledge of integrating marketing platforms with other systems (a plus)

Experience with segmentation, automation, and personalization techniques

Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools

Ability to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
