Profile Summary

EA to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, managing the CEO’s schedule, communications,

and daily tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Job Description

Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings,

and ensure timely reminders.

Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation,

and itineraries.

Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding on

behalf of the CEO.

Task Management: Assist in managing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups on key

deliverables.

Data & MIS Management- Support business decisions through data collection, analysis, and

management. Create regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards.. Analyse trends to provide

insights and recommendations.• Project CoordinaGon- Track project deadlines, deliverables, and resources. Facilitate team

communication for alignment and timely execution. Maintain and organize project documentation

and reports.

Skill Set

Experience: 3+ years as a PA or Executive Assistant.

Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Education

Any Graduate
