Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Alliances Leader to drive technology enablement for global system integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing OEM partnerships and GSI relationships within the IT infrastructure and applications space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sign, manage, and maintain GSI agreements with leading IT infrastructure and applications OEMs
  • Enable internal sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to collaborate with technology OEMs from opportunity through execution
  • Manage OEM relationships—including contracts, commercial terms, technical integration, and GTM entitlements—to maximize business outcomes
  • Drive consistent growth in influenced revenue through strategic OEM partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solutions, procurement, delivery) to integrate third-party technologies into compelling, cost-effective client proposals
  • Support the full deal lifecycle by facilitating interactions between OEM and internal/client teams (technical, legal, commercial, etc.)
  • Architect, propose, and present IT infrastructure, application, and security solutions to global clients

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BTech and MBA preferred
  • 15–20 years of experience in a similar role with a Global System Integrator
  • Strong domain expertise across Storage, Data Protection, Servers, Networking, Cloud, and Converged Infrastructure
  • Proven experience in integrating hardware, software, and cloud OEMs into large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Exposure to global markets—particularly North America, UK, and Europe
  • Demonstrated client-facing solutioning experience in infrastructure and/or application build projects
