🧑‍💻 The Role

AI Intern – LLM Fine-Tuning & RLHF

We’re looking for an AI Intern to support our ML/AI team in building and refining emotionally intelligent language models. You’ll work closely with engineers to fine-tune open-source LLMs, test model outputs, and improve core performance in a hands-on environment.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing

- Fine-tune open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon)

- Assist in implementing RLHF workflows, including reward modeling and evaluation

- Perform A/B testing to evaluate model behavior and responses

- Support data preparation and performance benchmarking

- Collaborate with the product team to align AI outputs with real user needs

🧠 About You

- Strong foundation in ML, Deep Learning, and NLP

- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and Python

- Hands-on with PyTorch or TensorFlow

- Comfortable with experimental design and debugging LLM behavior

- Detail-oriented, independent, and curious to learn fast

💫 Nice to Have

- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or agentic AI frameworks

- Interest in responsible AI and model alignment

- Passion for building emotionally aware technology
