Job Title: Junior Software Developer [AI/ML Focus]

Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Software Developer with an AI/ML Focus to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience working on AI/ML projects and will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning applications to solve business problems. You will work collaboratively with a team of data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop and implement AI/ML applications. Key Responsibilities

● Develop and deploy machine learning based applications and solutions to solve business problems.

● Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to design, develop and implement AI/ML based applications and solutions.

● Explore and analyze data sets to identify patterns and insights that can be leveraged for model development.

● Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data preprocessing and cleaning.

● Keep up to date with the latest AI/ML trends and techniques and apply them to solve business problems.

● Communicate results and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements

● Possessing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. However, we are open to considering candidates without formal qualifications who demonstrate a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a proven track record of self-driven learning and success.

● At-least 6 months experience working on AI/ML projects. ● At-least 1.5 years of experience working on Software Development Projects

● Strong programming skills with any or all of Python / R / TypeScript / GoLang / Rust.

● Keen interest in learning new technologies

● Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

● Experience in AI/ML Cloud Services like AWS SageMaker, AWS Comprehend, AWS Rekognition, AWS Personalize, Google Vision AI, OpenAI etc.

● Basic knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.

● Good understanding of software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and automated testing.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

● Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV) projects.

● Experience deploying AI/ML based applications in production environments.

● Experience in AI/ML Cloud Services like AWS SageMaker, AWS Comprehend, AWS Rekognition, AWS Personalize, Google Vision AI, OpenAI etc.

● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and should open to be an part of the software development life cycle
