Outbound Calling

Role: CCE/Telesales Executive


Note: We have 2 job opening for 2 location, one is for Delhi and second is for Bangalore (MG Road)

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Cold calling or telesales
  • Location: MG Road, Bangalore & Delhi (Rana Pratap Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Delhi,)
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timing: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Role Purpose:  The role holder will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs and would be required to be able to close sales & to build initial interest, confidence in the customer and ensure customer delight.


Role and responsibilities:-

  • Data scraping by Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up with them for generating warm and hot prospects. 
  • Analyse customer’s needs and explore sales opportunities. 
  • Answering potential customers' queries and building engagement by sending additional information.
  • To remain updated about product and service related updates such that latest input can be shared with prospects. 
  • Generating and maintaining a database of existing and potential customers. 

Experience and Qualification:-

  • A Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Cold calling or telesales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to deliver excellent phone and cold calls.
