Account Executive - SaaS Product Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in selling B2B SaaS products, particularly in the realm of enterprise automation solutions. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
· Cultivate and manage a pipeline of potential clients by researching, identifying, and targeting key decision-makers in relevant industries.
· Present and articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products, specifically emphasizing their benefits for enterprise automation, during client interactions and sales presentations.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to stay informed about product updates, enhancements, and market trends, enabling effective communication with clients.
· Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their unique challenges and goals, and subsequently tailor solutions to address their specific needs.
· Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, while ensuring a clear understanding of terms and conditions.
· Navigate complex sales cycles by managing objections, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to move deals forward.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and potential upsell opportunities.
· Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, keeping them informed about progress and potential roadblocks.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in B2B SaaS product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts and benefits to clients.
· Familiarity with enterprise automation solutions and the ability to position them as a value-add to potential clients.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence decision-makers.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
· Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Preferred:
· Previous experience in selling enterprise automation solutions, showcasing an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this domain.
· Knowledge of the SaaS industry landscape, including competitors and emerging trends.
A proactive and self-driven approach, coupled with the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs.
