In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers and providing them with comprehensive information about our property offerings. Your contributions will be pivotal in guiding customers through the initial stages of the sales process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the properties and the associated benefits. Ultimately, this role plays a vital part in helping us drive sales to completion.

Responsibilities:

· Meet sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

· Make outbound calls to generate leads, close deals.Manage incoming customer queries via phone & email.

· Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities.

· Engage with potential buyers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.

· Provide detailed information about available properties and their amenities.

· Coordinate and conduct site visits and property tours for interested clients.

· Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties.

Qualifications:

12th / PUC pass, Graduate
