As an Executive Assistant in the Human Resources (HR) department, your role would involve providing administrative support to HR executives or managers and assisting with various HR-related tasks. Your responsibilities may include:

  1. Scheduling and coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging appointments for HR executives. This may involve coordinating interviews, onboarding sessions, training programs, and other HR events.
  2. Correspondence and communication: Drafting and editing emails, memos, and other HR-related documents on behalf of HR executives. You may also handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  3. Record keeping and data management: Maintaining HR records and databases, including employee information, performance evaluations, and training records. You may be responsible for organizing and updating personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive data.
  4. Recruitment support: Assisting with recruitment processes, such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. You may also handle logistics for job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment activities.
  5. Onboarding and offboarding: Coordinating new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating IT setup, and ensuring completion of required paperwork. Similarly, you may assist with offboarding processes, such as conducting exit interviews and handling paperwork related to employee terminations.
  6. HR projects and initiatives: Supporting HR executives with various projects, such as performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee training, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  7. Confidentiality and compliance: Maintaining confidentiality of employee information and handling sensitive data with discretion. You may also assist in ensuring HR processes and practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  8. Miscellaneous administrative tasks: Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning documents, maintaining office supplies, and processing expense reports.

As an Executive Assistant, you would play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the company.


Good Communication and English speaking skills are a must

Location : South Delhi

Salary : 30k to 50k per month
