1) CRT (Customer Service and Cross sales)
👉Pure inbound
👉 5 days working, 2 days off
👉 9.5 working hours
👉 rotational shifts, and rotational week-offs
👉Timings for males- 24*7 (any 9.5 hours during the day)
males will be given 50% afternoon-evening shifts and 50% morning shifts
👉Timings for females - any 9.5 hours between 7 AM to 8:30 PM
salary for this process is fixed below
Freshers - 12.5k in hand, 14.5 Gross
Experience 6 months or above on paper - 18k in hand, and 20.8k CTC
