💼 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1–2 Years

We're looking for a motivated 𝐁𝐃𝐄 to join our team and handle 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 and 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and more.

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, Odesk

• Lead generation via LinkedIn and other platforms

• Support in achieving monthly targets

• Coordinate with internal teams

• Attend client meetings

• Assist in proposal writing

• Guide junior members if required

✅ 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝

• Familiarity with bidding platforms

• Strong communication skills

• Basic understanding of IT services and sales

• Ability to meet deadlines and targets

🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• MBA (Marketing/IT) or similar

• Freshers with learning attitude welcome

• Past experience in client-facing or bidding roles is a plus
