Job Description

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: Upto 5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Experience: 1-3 Years

Joining: Immediate

Industry: Any (Food, Retail, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Medical, EdTech)

Work Days: 6 days/week

Other Benefit: Travel bills reimbursements. (Can provide Remote opportunity after 3 months)

Step 1: HR Screening

Step 2: Interview with Hiring Manager

Step 3: Final Round with Co-founder 


Role Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand how our cooking robot can transform their daily meal prep. Your ability to hold engaging, informative conversations will be key in guiding customers through the decision-making process.


Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with leads and potential customers.

2. Educate customers about Our AI-powered cooking robot, its features, and how it can simplify cooking.

3. Maintain an average call duration of 15-20 minutes, ensuring meaningful engagement.

4. Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide tailored solutions.

5. Follow up on leads to nurture them and drive conversions.

6. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track lead progress.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer outreach strategies.


Who You Are


1. Fluent in Hindi and English (verbal & written). Additional language proficiency is a big plus.

2. 1+ years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or customer engagement.

3. Strong communication and persuasion skills – you can hold engaging, informative, and convincing conversations.

4. A go-getter with a proactive approach to sales and customer interactions.

5. Ability to handle objections and influence customer decisions.

6. Familiarity with consumer appliances or kitchen gadgets is a plus (but not mandatory).

7. Basic knowledge of cooking, ingredients, and recipes is an added advantage.

8. Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
