📍 Position: Business Development Executive

📋 No. of Positions: 3-4

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office

⏰ Office Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

📍 Location: Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate new business in the pharma third-party manufacturing sector

✅ Handle inquiries related to drug third-party manufacturing

✅ Maintain positive business relationships to ensure repeat sales

✅ Engage with new customers through referrals, networking, and cold calling

✅ Manage client accounts independently; coordinate via calls/emails for orders & payments

✅ Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets

✅ Develop strategies for effective sales growth, both individually and as a team

✅ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to management

What We’re Looking For:

💼 Experience: At least 1 year in Pharma Third-Party Sales

🗣️ Skills: Excellent communication in Hindi & English

🤝 Attributes: Strong negotiation & convincing skills, stable mindset, go-getter attitude

💰 Salary: ₹1.80 - ₹3.60 Lakh per annum
