Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant UI/UX and Web Development projects on Upwork.
• Write compelling and customized proposals to increase win rates.
• Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and set up meetings.
• Maintain a high response rate and engagement with leads.
• Track and manage leads using a CRM system.
• Collaborate with the internal design and development teams to ensure alignment on client needs.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, Upwork bidding, or sales in the IT services domain.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of UI/UX design and web development services.
• Proposal Writing Skills: Ability to craft persuasive, well-structured proposals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle client objections and close deals.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Upwork, CRM tools, and lead tracking software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a UI/UX or web development agency.
• Understanding of Figma, Webflow, Framer, and other design/development tools.
• Proven track record of securing projects on Upwork.
