Key Role:- Business Development , Client Handling , Managing the team

Key Targets/Responsibility:-

Revenue Target 5 meetings a week Sourcing or winning mandates Industry Mapping Regular interaction with Clients & Investors Managing any outstanding Receivables Overall Responsibility of Deal Delivaerables 

Key Skills & Knowledge:-

Should know Finance & Investment Investment Banking Knowledge preferable Should have knowledge of Real Estate Client Handling & Business Development Financial Modeling, PPT , Excel.

Education Good college & good academics BBA+MBA OR Engineering +MBA, CA 

Experience: 15 years

Should have been part of Real Estate transactions Should have some developer relationships Should have Real Estate Financing Transaction Experience Relationships with Banks, NBFC's , Real Estate PE funds Preffered.
