Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Conduct microbiological and chemical testing and interpret laboratory results.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards including HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI, GMP, and GHP.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment such as pH meters, spectrophotometers, and moisture analyzers.
• Maintain and review product specifications and ensure compliance with standards.
• Document all test results, deviations, and corrective actions as per SOPs.
• Support in internal and external audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
• Train staff on quality and hygiene practices.
• Utilize MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems for data recording and report generation.
