Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Telecalling Education Counsellor to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in telecalling and customer interaction. As an education counsellor, you will engage with prospective students and parents to promote our tuition services, utilizing excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in telecalling, focusing on customer engagement and conversion.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and manage inquiries from students and parents.
  • Ability to perform cold calling efficiently, generating leads and following up with potential clients.
  • Analytical thinking to assess needs and provide suitable educational solutions to potential students.
  • Proven track record in setting and achieving counselling targets and goals.
  • Excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely response and relationship building with clients.
  • Must be talkative and engaging, fostering a positive and persuasive dialogue with prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephonic interactions with prospective students and parents to promote our education services effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and execute timely follow-ups.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and fee structures.
  • Analyze student needs and requirements to offer appropriate course recommendations.
  • Achieve targeted call and conversion rates as set by the management.
  • Address any queries or concerns promptly to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve counselling processes.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
