About the Role 

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers, helping them grow and develop while driving the success of engineering projects. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring their growth, engagement, and development. 

Collaborate with product and project management to define and deliver technical solutions. 

Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for architecture, design, and coding. 

Drive project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality code. 

Conduct regular code reviews, foster a collaborative team environment, and resolve technical challenges. 

Ensure software development processes are efficient and scalable. 

Mentor engineers, helping them achieve their career goals and stay engaged. 

Monitor performance, establish KPIs, and track the team’s progress. 

Qualifications 

5+ years of experience in software development. 

2+ years of experience in engineering management or team leadership. 

Strong experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). 

Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams. 

Experience with agile methodologies. 

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions. 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
