Role & Responsibility:
At each service location, be in close contact with the customer, in order
to understand their requirements: Technical, logistics, tools, resources.
Keeping the customer informed of the process and matters
Organize operations : For each Quality control, deploy resources,
documents, methods, reporting, etc …
Manage multiple site locations and administrate operations activities at
multiple projects.
Customer visit and presentation at customer location for redi India
services.
Sales co-ordination
Customer follow with customer PO, Payments.
Offer preparation & follow up with customer
Sales PPT
Project monitoring from sales perspective.
Quality System audit
Site audits
ISO documentation & audits
Weekly, monthly reports & graphical data analysis.
Polyvalent skills:
Technical knowledge/background.
Good leadership and familiar in driving different kind of people
Good relationship with customers and workers.
Quality control techniques & knowledge.
Personality:
Methodical, organized and structured mind, having a ’step-by-step’
analysis
Flexible, Reactive, pro-active
Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
