• Understand and process restructuring of digital panel life cycle for optimization and improvement.
• Collate end user experience and collaborate with cross functional team for feature enhancement.
• Interact with field on regular basis for product testing basis used cases and share feedbacks to identify appropriate solution.
• Continuous updating of Trouble shooting manual to address FAQ’s and periodic training to field and assessment.
• Process automation Using python/Tubule for Digital Panel
• Management Reporting on key business metrics.

• Number of issues identified and solved effectively
• Key project delivery
• No of automations

Technical Skills Tableau/Python skills are required. MS office Expert – Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge in OS like Android, iOS, Windows & Mac

Minimum Education : Graduate BE (MBA & Market Research Background Preferred).

Experience : 3- 4 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
