Job title:-Trainer travelling Process
Job description:-• Should be responsible to manage the basic Training KRAs/KPIs - Training Throughput, Attrition control
. • Should involve in creating PKT/Process Knowledge assessments for the new hires and the tenured colleagues.
• Candidate should be able to prepare TNI, TNA reports, Driver wise issues, Training Plotters, BQ Management and Refresher training plans.
• Create training content and modify the existing SOPS on a regular basis.
• Identify individual and team skills gaps
• Schedule regular training sessions (e.g., monthly, or quarterly)
• Ensure new hires take on training courses, including communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Should conduct calibrations with the internal stakeholder
Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Smart, Presentable, and good in people management.
• Strong Knowledge of MS Office and PPT
. • Excellent knowledge on business understanding of Travel Technology (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel), Amadeus and Galileo.
• Need to be well versed in various areas of travel (Domestic/International, Business/Holidays, Group/Individual, etc. Need to have exemplary customer service skills with the ability to handle crisis and escalations
