Job description Industry Type- BPO. Role Customer Support/Merchant Support Associate. Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent. Education Qualification- Any Graduation. Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office) 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off) Pure dayshifts only. CTC – 3.2 LPA Roles & Responsibilities: Handling customers and explaining about products. Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback. Handling enquiry and service calls. Have to resolve customer queries. Eligibility Criteria: - 1. Good Communication Skills in English & Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam (Any 1 Language+ English) 2. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome 3. Voice/Semi Voice Process (Customer Support) experience would be a added advantage. 4. Candidate should be willing to work from office. 5. Good typing skills 6.
