Responsibilities:

End-to-end HR activities of Employee Engagement ,Payroll ,Retention, Grievance redressal, Disciplinary issues, Employee Engagement, HR MIS, Salary ,Exits and to manage, direct control and process the company’s payroll and all other payroll-related duties and all Generalist Role 

Salary Range 35-36 K CTC 

Experience should be with manufacturing unit Candidate should have knowledge about PF Esic, Compliance ,Payroll, Labour Compliance All generalist activities have to handle.
