Business development / sales specialist / manager for a Startup Design studio focused on UI / UX designs, Digital Marketing designs & Branding / Re-Branding solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Responsibilities
- Manage the E2E Sales target
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
- Establish and grow relationships with decision-makers / influencers within major clients and ad agencies
- Make online presentations & send quotations
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
- Take ownership of Growth in business Development by getting leads.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet Monthly, quarterly and annual Target.
- Must have existing clients and a good working rapport
- Candidate must have knowledge on Digital marketing, (UI/UX design + Graphic Design)
Ideal Candidate
- Must be excellent in communication
- Good to have a background in Design studio inside sales
- Must be persuasive and communicate the right information
- As a start-up we are looking at a go-getter and taking responsibility of total sales and targets
- The candidate needs to have handled digital media sales individually
- Should be an ad Sales professional with experience of 4 Years to 8 years in digital media sales
- Should share great relationships with agencies & direct clients
- Should have done tie-ups with different media companies.
- Needs to have and be able to drive many contacts in the industry.
- Should have In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge on Design and Digital marketing, pricing and Good client acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proven relevant experience
Ability to manage multiple task at a time
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Budget: 3 to 4 LPA.(+ Attractive incentives)
Location: Jayanagar 9th Block (Work from Office)
