We are looking for a passionate and driven Community & Social Media Manager Intern to help us grow and engage our community on Discord and social media platforms(Instagram, Youtube) while creating an impact through meaningful content and discussions.

Key Requirements

• Skillset:
• Strong understanding of Discord and its features (bots, channels, roles, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later is a plus.
• Personality:
• Passionate about community building and creating an impact in young men’s lives.
• Enthusiastic about social media trends and emerging platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Mindset:
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
• A career-oriented individual looking to grow in social media and community management.

Responsibilities

Community Management (Discord)

• Setup and Maintenance:
• Organize and structure Discord channels, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and manage bots for moderation, engagement, and automation.
• Engagement:
• Host weekly discussions, challenges, or activities to keep the community engaged.
• Respond promptly to member queries, provide support, and resolve disputes.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to understand what works best for the community.
• Content Sharing:
• Share relevant PDFs, resources, and event updates on Discord.
• Encourage members to share their progress, seek advice, and participate in discussions.
• Event Management:
• Organize live events, Q&A sessions, and workshops on Discord.
• Manage announcements and event reminders to ensure maximum participation.

Social Media Management

• Content Creation & Scheduling:
• Plan, create, and schedule posts for Instagram, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, and Stories.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and align content with brand messaging.
• Engagement:
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
• Interact with followers to build stronger relationships and increase reach.
• Analytics:
• Track growth, engagement, and reach metrics for each platform.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to share insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the founder to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, posts, and events.
• Coordinate with designers or video editors (if required) to create visually appealing content.
