We are hiring for HR generalist profile for Australian Accounting firm

Roles & Responsibility:

• Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Taking care of the pre & post - joining formalities; reference check, background verification, providing associate handbook, etc.
• Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs/projects to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
