Responsibilities


1- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.


2- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.


3- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.


4- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.


5- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.


6- Generate and manage Distributors.


Experience - 8 to 10 years of experience

Candidate must be from Consumer electronics industry and Mobile handset industry.
