Job OverviewWe are seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Housiey. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in either Bengaluru or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in real estate sales, with proven skills in lead generation and managing residential real estate sales processes.
- Qualifications and SkillsMinimum one year of experience in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to generate and convert leads through various channels and techniques.
- Real estate sale manager (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing the sales cycle and closing deals effectively.
- Residential Real Estate (Mandatory skill): In-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market dynamics and trends.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Residential Sale: Expertise in guiding clients through the residential buying process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Real estate Market: Understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Channel Partners: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners to drive sales.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end sales process for residential real estate properties in designated locations.
- Generate leads through various marketing strategies and convert them into successful sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers and real estate partners.
- Conduct market research to understand current market trends and update sales strategies accordingly.
