Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for advancing our market presence and achieving sales targets by coordinating closely with builders and clients. This role demands excellent market research, residential sales expertise, and the ability to facilitate smooth transactions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Real estate sales experience with expertise in managing the sales process and customer engagement. (Mandatory skill)
  • Deep understanding of Real Estate Market Research to effectively analyze market trends. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven experience in Residential Sales, ensuring clients are matched with suitable properties. (Mandatory skill)
  • Team coordination skills to manage, motivate, and work effectively with sales teams to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Competency in Customer Relationship Management to nurture lasting customer relationships and maintain satisfaction.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation by identifying and cultivating potential clients to expand customer base.
  • Exceptional communication skills to professionally interact with clients, builders and team members.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed real estate sales targets in the Chennai region.
  • Manage relationships with builders to ensure comprehensive property listings and maintain collaborative partnerships.
  • Lead initiatives to generate and convert sales leads by reaching out to potential buyers through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about real estate trends and customer preferences in the area.
  • Supervise and mentor sales teams to ensure high levels of performance and dedication to company objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and data-driven analysis to management as required.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
