Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Online Bidder to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing freelance bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. This mid-level position is based in Bangalore, Delhi, Noida, Hyderabad, Chicago, Boston, or Manchester, and focuses on developing business opportunities and fostering client relationships to support our video production services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding and using video production terminology (Mandatory skill) to effectively communicate client needs and present solutions accurately.
• Strong proposal writing abilities to create compelling, professional proposals tailored to each platform and client, increasing project win rates.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, ensuring favorable terms while building long-term business relationships with clients globally.
• In-depth knowledge of market analysis techniques to research industry trends, discover emerging opportunities, and target high-value projects.
• Hands-on experience with freelance bidding platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour to proactively secure video production projects.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, maintaining excellent communication and follow-up to cultivate repeat business and referrals.
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software to track leads, manage client databases, and report on business development activities.
• Advanced user of MS Office Suite for proposal drafting, data analysis, presentations, and tracking project pipelines efficiently.

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour, focusing on video production and related creative services.
• Draft customized project proposals that demonstrate a clear understanding of client requirements and highlight House Sparrow Films' unique capabilities.
• Lead contract negotiations and facilitate clear agreements that align with both client expectations and company objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and anticipate emerging trends within the media production sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication, professional follow-ups, and understanding of client needs.
• Log and track leads, proposals, and project outcomes using Salesforce or CRM software to ensure optimal organization and reporting.
• Collaborate with production and creative teams to accurately communicate client feedback and relay technical requirements for each project.
• Monitor and analyze platform performance, adjusting bidding strategies to maximize win rates and drive revenue growth for House Sparrow Films.
