We are looking to recruit a young, energetic and charismatic Sales executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and executing various Sales You need to be professional, respect time and punctuality and be comfortable working under minimal supervision. You must be proactive and be excited about selling and meeting monthly sales goals, learn daily and quickly adapt to changes. This position will involve phone, live chat and e-mail support for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities for Sales Executive
• Reaching or exceeding your sales goals.
• Consistently increasing and expanding your knowledge of the industry and sales process.
• Taking leads that come to you by phone, email, and/or live chat, often multiple contacts at the same time.
• Primarily inbound and outbound contacts with follow ups from previous contacts.
• Tracking all contacts with detailed information for future follow ups
• Help new customers pick the plan that works best for their website.
• Help upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple processes at one time.
• Be able to work with others in a team environment.
• Must have excellent written and spoken English, you will be on the phone as well as live chat with customers.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to work under stress and pressure.
• Must have some Lead Generating knowledge.
