We are hiring a Sr Marketing Executive (Business Development) B2B to join our team at HOSPITAL STAFF RECRUITMENT SERVICES. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our healthcare recruitment services to hospitals and healthcare organizations. This is a full-time position based in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India, and is suitable for candidates with 5 – 6  years of experience in B2B Marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

·        Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare or recruitment industry

·        Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

·        Strong Team Handling Experience

·        Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software

·        Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

 ·        Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our healthcare recruitment services

·        Identify and target potential clients in the hospitals and healthcare industry

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare organizations

·        Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare recruitment sector

·        Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content

·        Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads

·        Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns

·        Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, and provide reports to management

·        Stay updated with industry news, developments, and competitor activities

·        Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company
