As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position located in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India, and is ideal for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and qualifications
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in the negotiation and preparation of employment contracts
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to management
