Job Overview

HOSMAT Hospitals is seeking a Farm Manager to join their team in Bangalore Rural. This full-time, mid-level position requires a candidate with a strong background in horticulture, organic farming, agriculture, and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and demonstrate the ability to manage and optimize farming operations efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in farm management or a related field is required.
• Strong expertise in horticulture techniques and practices with an understanding of the latest trends and developments.
• Proven experience in managing organic farming operations and ensuring compliance with organic standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of agricultural machinery, tools, and best practices for maintenance and safety.
• Leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively managing and training farm workers and staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
