Qualification: Any relevant degree

Experience: Min. 2 years of experience as HR Generalist.

CTC: Up to 2.4L Per Annum

- Deep understanding of Labour Law and employment equity regulations.

- Linguistic ability in Hindi would be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing offer letters.

- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.

- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
