The Opportunity: 

We are seeking an experienced and organized Human Resources Executive to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the accuracy of HR records and files, coordinating meetings, and providing recruitment support.  

Responsibilities:  

1. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.  
2. Maintain HR databases and records.  
3. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other events.  
4. Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.  
5. Strong Knowledge of IT/Non-IT hirings 
6. Prepare and distribute HR documentation, such as offer letters and contracts.  
7. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws.  
8. Handle general employee inquiries.  
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  
10. Provide training and support to staff in areas such as job descriptions and performance management.  
11. Manage the development and implementation of HR programs.  

Qualifications & Skills:    

1. Proven work experience as an HR executive or similar role.  
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources.  
3. Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.  
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.  
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
6. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.  
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
