Key Account Manager – Hospitals


Position Summary: We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Key Accounts Manager for our Hospital channel. Your primary responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue generation. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Launch of first in-India Hospital platform in Hospitals of Gujarat & online marketing for rest of India  
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements. 
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries. 
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients. 
  5. Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions. 
  6. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. 
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business growth and improvement. 
  8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets. 
  9. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors. 
  10. To ensure the achievement of sales targets in geographic areas through effective planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategies. 
  11. Respond diligently and systematically to unsolicited customers requests 
  12. KOL & Key Account Management. 
  13. Identify and discuss with key opinion leaders and Key Accounts to create awareness and build on relationships. 
  14. Provide educational support & Marketing support to Target End Users  
  15. Implement & Drive Monthly, Quarterly & Year plans. 
  16. Prepare and submit accurate, meaningful, strategic, and analytical reports as requested. 
  17. Evaluate market trends and gather market and competitive information. 


Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. He/she should be from the healthcare industry, preferably from B2B Sales like surgical/disposable/consumables or critical care or E-commerce healthcare company. 
  2. Min. experience of 2-3 years in working with hospitals, Institutions, Government Tenders, etc. in the Gujarat market  
  3. Should have experience in distribution/channel partner management. 
  4. Graduate B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, BA, B. Pharm or BE (MBA Preferred) 
  5. Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics. 
  6. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. 
  7. Self-motivated and driven, with a strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach. 
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. 
  10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. 
  11. Preferred: Hindi English, Gujarati Language. (For outside Gujarat English and Franch)
