Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer requirements and identifying the best solution to meet their needs.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the product.
  • Providing technical support to sales teams during the sales cycle, including responding to customer inquiries and objections.
  • Collaborating with product development teams to identify and address product gaps and develop new product features.
  • Creating and delivering proposals, quotes, and RFP responses to customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitive products.
  • Supporting post-sales activities, such as installation and configuration, as needed.
