We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, ability to work independently, and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and engagement.
- Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of products or services.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue projections.
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
