We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java development and experience leading and managing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions and leading a team of developers in the development of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and software solutions

• Lead and manage a team of developers in the development of high-quality software

• Develop and implement software design and coding standards

• Work with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements

• Create technical specifications and design documents

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets business needs and requirements

• Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies

• Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in Java development, including experience with Java EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate

• 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of developers

• Strong knowledge of software development principles and methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and on budget
