The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions.
  • Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the ideal candidate profile for each position.
  • Utilize social media and other recruitment tools to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is accurately documented.
  • Make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and interview feedback.
  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
