Experience : Minimum 1 - 4 yrs

Working days : 5 days

Shift : Night shift

Location : Manikonda, Hyderabad

Job criteria :

1.Should have overall experience of 1 to 4 years of RCMS Experience

2.Good analytical skills required

3.Good communication skills

4.Should be flexible to work from office.

5.Should be flexible to learn / explore new opportunities

Candidate should have basic understanding of :

1 Claim form 1500

2 Physician RCM Background

3 Provider side

4 Coding tools CCI, MCKesson

5 Specialties - Ex: Cardiology, radiology, gastro, peds, ortho, medicine, emergency medicine, surgery etc.,

6 Clearing houses like way star, ecommerce etc., 

7 CPT range & Modifiers

8 Should be voice based only

9 DME & Claim adjudication will not come under Physician AR

10 Domain on overpayment alone will not qualify for L2 screening

11 Domain on Hospital AR will not qualify for Physician AR but can route the candidate to Hospital AR hiring

Role Definition :

Primary responsibility of a Sr. Consultant would be achieving daily KRA’s assigned to him / her not limited to following –

1.Production – Review of claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.

2.Quality – Complete production with minimal deviation or 

3.TOS – Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system.
