Job Overview
Seeking a passionate HR Recruiter to join HG Consultants in Sector 15, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This role is a Full-Time position for fresher candidates only.

Office Timings- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Rough knowledge of HR processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Passion for recruitment and HR industry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting recruitment activities for various clients in alignment with company standards
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for interviews
- Coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Assisting in the on-boarding process of selected candidates
- Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
