Job Overview

Seeking a passionate HR Recruiter to join HG Consultants in Sector 15, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This role is a Full-Time position for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Office Timings- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Rough knowledge of HR processes and talent acquisition strategies
• Passion for recruitment and HR industry
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting recruitment activities for various clients in alignment with company standards
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for interviews
• Coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Assisting in the on-boarding process of selected candidates
• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
