Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily briefings to ensure all team members are aligned with operational goals.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficient execution of tasks as per company standards.
• Build strong guest relationships, remembering regular patrons' names and preferences to deliver personalized service.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Actively collect and manage guest reviews across platforms to improve ratings and reputation.
• Prepare and maintain guest reports, tracking feedback and service preferences.
• Manage cashier and bar operations in compliance with company policies.
• Take care of administrative work, including inventory management, shift scheduling, and reporting.
• Maintain and update departmental communication logs and notice boards.
• Monitor and manage stock levels & equipment to prevent shortages affecting operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene of both front and back-of-house areas per F&B regulations.
• Stay updated on all food & beverage offerings, preparation methods, and menu details.
• Ensure adherence to LQA Standards, health, safety, and security protocols.
• Should have knowledge of Pet Puja application for restaurant management and billing.
• Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management.
• Maintain smooth handover communication between shifts.
• Provide support to other F&B outlets during peak times or as required

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in F&B service or restaurant management (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Pet Puja application for restaurant operations.
• Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant operations management.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
