Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with the design team for drawings, specifications, and clarifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and implement quality control measures.
• Supervise on-site execution of projects, addressing challenges proactively.
• Handle site masking and staging to protect materials and work areas.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, designers, and contractors.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address client concerns promptly.
• Conduct final inspections to verify alignment with design specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and without compromising quality.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, changes, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or construction.

Required Skills

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD) and project management tools.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
