As a Pre Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through initial inquiries efficiently and compellingly, working closely with the sales and design teams.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in pre-sales or related roles, especially in the interior design sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to understand and articulate client requirements accurately and provide the best possible solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills to showcase our products and services in an engaging manner.
  • Must have the skill of presales, enabling you to manage client relationships and sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct precise needs analysis and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage prospects and client information efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any client queries and ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to analyze their interior design needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sale to project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations about Homzinterio’s products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and product developments within the company.
  • Assist in formulating strategic sales proposals to capture customer interest and drive engagement.
  • Manage communications between the design, sales, and client relationship teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Track client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of pre-sales processes.
  • Implement and uphold excellent customer service principles to foster long-term client relationships.
